I've seen Will Schusterick do it on a wooded hole during the final 9 at the pdga championships. The throws across the lake are wide open downhill so the guys in the distance showcase don't really have trouble doing it.

Will has been known to bust them out 450+ before, not very surprised he can do it further. He is a beast.

I think they are throwing rocs between 3:30-4:00 on this vid.

Did Orum make it across there? Looked close, he is definitely one of my favorites.

Also note that at the end of that vid GG almost puts it across the water left handed.

Wiggins Jr is pushing them over 400' as well, but I had never heard of anyone putting one out to 500, crazy

The one Will was throwing was black. I heard someone say it was a "wiggins roc." He parked it on hole 8 at WR Jackson from the spot where the right line on the hole sign starts to turn left. He threw it down the left approach fairway (right side of the pic looking back from the basket). He actually threw it past the basket.

Whoever was in our group @ flyboy outdrove the pin with a glow roc on #23, who was that?

Even though it's downhill, i'd say that was pretty easily a 380ish throw, only to be up'd by his drive on the next hole with the sky anny roller that was like 660, lol.

Will can put Roc's close to 500. David Wiggins can push them to about 450. I would say to most of the top players, 400 is where most of them sit with their mids. I know Nikko throws MD2's and Buzzz's around 450.

That guy's a jurk.

edit: I actually played with him today, he was passing through town. I lost a glo roc to him on a wager on that throw on hole 23 that he was inside 20'. Turns out he was like 40 past. I won it back today at Renny Gold!
