Default 11 discs for a kitchen knife

I picked up a worn old knife from the floor of an abandoned house about 25 years ago, and it has been a fine tool ever since. I took it fishing a few days ago and lost it. So I would like a high quality general purpose knife, to be used for cooking, in the garden, chopping up rabbits, and so on. New is ok, used is ok, ancient is fine, so long as it holds a good edge. Choose any combination of the following discs that you think is fair, or all of them. Most have been thrown a fair bit. None are trashed. All are players pack discs or prior trades.

P&A
Classic blend burst Deputy, red, 173, ink, dings and scuffs but no big gouges
Discmania base plastic putter, beaded, medium depth, yellow, neutral flight
Discraft cryztal Challenger, orange
Axiom neutron Envy, yellow/red
Mid
Emac Truth, glow, blue, 174, thrown once or twice
Innova gstar Mako3, purple, ink, 175
Driver
Discraft Z Thrasher, Jenkins, green/foil
Discraft esp Machete, light bluish marbly
Kastaplast K1 Stal, 170s, super green, thrown one round
Legacy Outlaw, semi transparent gummy starish, 174, faintly greenish, ink
Westside VIP Destiny, yellow, 173,

RIP old friend the knife.

This sounds like a the makings of a Quentin Tarantino movie, don't sell the rights too cheap!

I’d trade you this S&W tac tanto that’s a fine blade in great shape with a nice clip sheath for that emac truth and the stal.

Hit me with a pm if you’re interested.

I sure appreciate the offer but I'd like some metal of higher quality, and something designed as a plain every day tool, not a weapon. I have very few superflous possessions, and I try to find stuff that's as tough and useful and all-purpose as possible.
Thanks though

I got a knife. I'll have to get rid of these discs some way else.

That's great AP, a man definitely needs a knife. Maybe even two knives, but that might be a bit over the top.

You wouldn't happen to have a Stego to trade, would you?

I had a Stego for a while. I tossed it around the yard sometimes. I think my brother stole it or I'd have given it to you. Sorry.

Do you need a cutting board?

No worries, I would have at least traded you a can opener for it.

Rent a metal detector and go find your lost friend. You owe it to him.
