Default Revo Dual Pack Lite

I played 2 rounds with my Dual Pack Lite over the weekend. I'm going to give it time, but man this bag is a pain! I like the big storage pocket on top, along with the putter pocket, but having to cram your disc in the bottom was a little weird. It definately was easier on my back when loaded down. Also my new 24 oz. aluminum bottle fell out of the bottle holder on the way too the first tee! Anybody have this bag and feel the same way?

Yea I got the same complaint. When you put anything in the big space on top of the disc it smashes down making it even harder to get the disc out. I bought the Dual Pack in Atomic Orange, it looks killer but not the most functional. I do like the way it hauls, easy on the back. Just not sure if its worth it. Gonna haul it a few more rounds and see if I get used to it.

I have the regular dual pack, and it took a couple weeks to break it in so the discs go in and out easily, but its worth it. I can't go back to another bag. Not sure about the water bottle falling out the bottom, must be a little different than mine.

So you got the last Atomic Orange. LOL. I had my eye on that for weeks. When I finally decided to get it, it was gone. LOL. I opted for the digital camo. I actually put a frame in the top to see if I liked it better. It was ok. I guess I feel bad for not liking this bag more. I'll give it some time.

My mother-in-law is probably going to mod the bottle holders for me. They just need another strap on the bottom for smaller bottles.

when i had mine i used a really hard piece of plastic on the upper compartment to give it structure. ive also heard of people purchasing a revo mini roll cage and it fit perfectly on top. might give it a shot.the bottom compartment was the main reason i wanted to get rid of mine. i have a gb simian now and havnt looked back

What did you make the frame out of?? Thats a great idea !!! I am guessing across the top of the internal frame?
Yes the orange is cool... You can see me for miles !!!!
My wife stitched an Innova patch on the disc pouch flap and it looks sweet.

My brother has a Mini Deluxe. I might "borrow" his frame. Right now I have part of my Kong frame in the top. I love GB stuff. I was close to getting a Simian but I wanted to try something different.

Here is a GB frame. I used the one out of my Kong without the ends.

I have a regular dual pack and love it. No issues here. One thing that will ease removal of discs is to unfold the flap from inside the bottom section and let it just hang out. Leaves more room for disc removal.

well if you dont have anything in the top compartment then yes it wont be so bad but when you do the top compartment sags.

nice bags matt! i love gb too. i have a proto simian and a proto chimp.probably will either get a production simian or a silverback. back to the revo though. ive didnt have the revo long enough to buy a mini cage to try in it.

cox9127 i had a older lightning back that had some really thick cardboard with vinyl wrapped around it. i just cut it to size and placed it in the top and it helped . as for the mini revo cage. it might be a plus to keep stuff from sloshing around if you dont want to try the cardboard piece.
