That's actually a pretty good suggestion. I don't know how much cycling you can do but the Proton I had was quite beat KC Pro Roc-like. You could throw it hard all day and it would just give you straight lines with slight fade. The Neutron I have now has a bit of turn but it's still dang straight, kinda DX Rancho-esque. They're almost putter slow so if you like to give your mids height and float them down range that's the MVP/Axiom mid for you (Tangent's similar, just more understable and more noticeable bead).

Westside Anvil
Speed 4, smaller diameter, overstable (perhaps too overstable).
I don't know how it would cycle, I have not seen it in a base plastic yet.

MD2 - 4/5/0/2

Beadless, feels great in the hand, and flies like a lightly used Roc. I like it in C-Line, but also practice with a moderately beat S-Line that gets a nice turn before fading back to net neutral. HSS is good for the numbers, but you would want something more OS on a really windy day.
