Plus (as mentioned), any disc Paul comes out with seems to sell like hotcakes. I know he isn't a speed 13 guy, but maybe he has something in the works that fits his game. That said, the Nuke is a pretty standard speed 13 disc. It'll be hard to really differentiate from it.
The zeus isn’t really beefy though, they definitely aren’t short, didn’t that disc help him get an eagle at smugglers notch for the gmc? The 1000ft par 5? That disc had so much hype from a lot of players, because of the easy distance in the prototype phase

I'd be interested in some caliper measurement of Z/ESP Force and Zeus rim widths. Star Destroyers are usually ~2.3 or "13 speed" regardless of pdga specs/innova's speed rating.

Double post because I forgot I have access to a newer Z force, ESP Zeus and a splatter star destro
Force - 22.2
Zeus - 22.2
Destro - 23.2

So there is room in the Discraft lineup for a true rim size correct destroyer clone probably.

That is if Innova's Dave D would allow a clone to be made that has both the rim shape and width exactly the same.

To the best of my knowledge there is no IP protection for disc shape currently. I could make a Destroyer, you could make a Destroyer, even your uncle could make one.
Only current relevant flying disc patent is one owned by MVP and that has to do with densities.

Overmolds with different densitity as the core is what the patent is for.... as if no one in history ever made a flywheel.

Then the MaxFlight from Wham-O that came out in 1998 but did not say on package or disc PDGA certified until 2001 is actually infringing on the MVP patent?

If you don't know the disc I am talking about look it up.

Okay, there was on the Beveld edge at one point and how other putters could not copy the Avair shape for the longest time. I thought maybe that Dave D did this with the Destroyer s well, thus why we have not seen a direct clone of said mold. I think you are right texasissouth
