IMHO That bubble dome actually cut down glide and added some extra stability to them. it looked pretty weird but worked great.

64Dome was a huge pop top dome designed into their first molds the Medius, Primitus, and Mirus, all of which are OOP, now.

Someone may correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that was the end of the 64Dome

I think that this guy is referring to first run tridents which were beeftastic.

The newer runs just aren't as overstable as the original run.

Yep. I got a new Opto and was very disappointed. Sold it within a month and got a G* Firebird instead.
