There was a surprising amount of automation too!

As I remember from years ago, the Vibram process was basically all by hand.

A lot of hand finishing and writing at Vibram if I recall. Probably many smaller facilities are still that way.

Steve D'Angelo designed the Tyrant for us.

He also created some really unique molds for Ozone (his company)

If you gave Steve the time and production facilities, he'd create a fantastic arsenal of molds.

The rest of the DG world has been trying to create a Teebird for the last 20 years and Steve creates my dream of a beefy TeEagleShee on the first try lol.

Arthur a former founder of Prodigy is going to be going on his own strictly molding discs for small companies if they can use the mold molds and the molds last though more then one disc.
