Default Got my Frisbee Basket today...

The Virginia lottery has a second chance drawing for their Frisbee Summer Scratcher game. If you have a losing ticket you enter the code for a second chance to win a Frisbee Brand DG basket and $100 Visa card.

This was on my front porch today....

I won a second one that has not arrived yet.

The cool thing is they are having 7 drawings that give away 45 of these baskets. More than 300 Virginians are going to win a backyard DG basket that will introduce them in to the sport.

That's actually pretty cool! If even 20 percent of the people who got these tried the game that would be phenomenal.

ahh the instep baskets. the beat the heck out of a disc. very cool though. is this stated organized or wham-o?

fyi
a $2 metal ring makes these things catch awesome btw, when you but the tray height all the way up the chains get saggy, if you buy a 3-4" metal snap ring and connect all the inner chainlinks near the center by the pull it will look and catch better.

I'm assuming that these would be a more affordable alternative to some of the other brands of portable practice baskets but I can't seem to find any place that sells them.

Funny to see Wham-O branding the InStep! And great to see Virginia giving them away. (If I had compulsions about disc golf being connected with gambling, I suppose those are better directed elsewhere.)

I still like my Costco incarnation well.
