a comet shouldn't turn and burn when thrown with power. if you are trying to throw it like you do your roc I can see that happening. roc's can handle the torque, comets need to be thrown more like a lid or putter. it took a while to get used to but i'm glad I did. the one disc I can say will never leave my bag.

i throw my comet just like i would my wasps. it can be thrown hard, you just need to throw it cleanly and with hyzer

So, I am personally wondering where the Icon ghost falls in here. Is it as beefy as champ rocs? Is it beefier than other ghosts? Just wondering as I have one. Brand new, 178, that slime green color. Beautiful disc.

tbh i havent tried the Icon Ghost .. i bag .. Second Run Pinnacle for beef, fresh Excel, beat Excel and a Gauge and so far have been able to cover anything .. Also my excels have been beating in beautifully but i dunno if that has anything to do with the runs but i havent had any of them chunk or anything .. i just like the basline feel better then that of the Gravity .. i have a pile of Gravity i can sell if interested.. couple nice new team stamps too
