Thanks for the suggestion. All of my drivers are in the 150s but I like heavier for mids (166-8) and putters (170-2).
I have been throwing Colt/Stud since they came out. Love the flight, and love XT plastic for putt/approach discs. Sponsored Links

Summer update:
Stud replaced Colt - I don't like how domey Colts fly. Added a 153 Neutron Vanish for understable distance. Distance: 157 Neutron Wave: main distance driver, very straight in the woods, flicks nicely 157 Pro Wraith: Reliable fade and very good distance when flexed 153 Neutron Vanish: I was missing a disc that I could turn from hyzer Fairway/control: 158 Star TL: stable and workable 157 Plasma Insanity: understable, main woods driver (carry 1 or 2) Midrange: 167 Fuzion EMac Truth: stable 167 400G M4: understable Putters: 171 XT Stud: putting, straight approach. One fresh, one seasoned 171 Medium Harp: overstable approach, headwind putts |

I know a good home for all your unused XT Colts.

I have a bunch of domey KC SP Colts that you would be welcome to . . .
I suppose I should try the hot water flattening trick first, though. |

Yes I like the XTs too.
If you really want to try a couple of the KCs, shoot me a PM with your address. |

Fall update:
Dropped the Vanish - Plasma Insanity with a little height covers the same shots. I prefer when the bag is down to 9 or 10 discs. Pretty much everything in the bag gets tossed backhand and forehand. Oddly, the Pro Wraith is probably the least-flicked disc. Distance: 157 Neutron Wave: main distance driver, very straight in the woods, flicks nicely 157 Pro Wraith: Reliable fade, good distance when flexed Fairway: 158 Star TL: stable and workable 157 Plasma Insanity: understable to S-curve, main woods driver (carry 1 or 2) Midrange: 167 Fuzion EMac Truth: stable 167 400G M4: understable Putters: 171 XT Stud x 2: putting, straight approach. One fresh, one seasoned 171 Medium Harp: overstable approach, headwind putts |

Sticking with the TL's and the Wave... nice!!! I like the Insanity as a straight fairway too.. Good utilization it powers down well. I was tempted by those but I have a lot of Inertias, two of which are first runs at 155 and nicely broken in but sloooowly.
I pack two Waves these days mostly, a plasma and neutron then fairways. Big fan of plasma Wave decently less stable than Neutron and I think you have one so you know. I can't comment the other choices but I've heard good things.. |

Powering down is usually not a problem for me lol.
I threw Neutron Inertias for a while. Darn nice disc but too close to the Wave to keep both in the bag. Plasma Wave is also a darn nice disc, but I found it too close to Plasma Inertia to carry both. Sometimes good discs get left out. Yeah once I discovered Plasma Insanity the S-FD's days were numbered. Star TL pairs better for headwinds, fades, etc. And of course I used to Throw a Envy. ![]()
