Also valid. Pin Cnnons are pretty beef.

Hmm interesting. I'll have to check one out and see. My Icon cannon bombs! So but can handle small winds but I'll check out some cannons now and see for myself

I throw Rampages for my all out distance shots, but still use a beefy Destroyer as my wind fighter for consistency. I love the Rampage, but don't know what to expect when I throw it into too strong of a headwind.

I understand where you're coming from my first run pinnacle rampage is really stable but my newer ones don't seem to fly the same at all. Lot of turn out of the box and garbage in a headwind. But for some reason my yellow icon cannon is beefier than all of my rampages? ..

I have a first run icon cannon that is super beefy if you want it.

ya i noticed this too. basically just remove the turn with your icon and add a tad more fade. i remember first time i threw it into a headwind and it barely turned and faded out with good distance i was really surprised.

My 7/10 icon rampage still fights even hardcore winds...aside from the stilleto and astra-x it's the most OS disc I've ever thrown...even moreso than all of my xcals.

Guess I got a good one?

I am seeking a rampage to accompany my cannons but now am wondering if it's a good idea. I currently throw a 174g peach pinnacle for distance forehands. pretty darn stable and actually a good wind fighter. I wanted something less stable for backhands so i bought a icon 166g cannon...... man does that thing bomb. If they ever do a blizzard/lightweight type of run on this cannon I think we could see a new world distance record. it's just such a fast long flier!!

I received two Icon and one Protege in the mail a couple of days ago. They all fly exactly the same as the two Pinnacle one I have. Overstable, fast and reliable. My Pinnacle Cannons are all much less H&LSS. The dome and PLH are virtually indentical on all. I did have an old Cannon that I lost, and it was almost as beefy as my Rampages though.
