If you want to stick with Discmania, here's what I'd recommend to start.

D line P2
MD3 in whatever plastic feels best to you
FD in whatever plastic feels best to you

Want to try a few rounds with just 1 disc? MVP Atom or Axiom Proxy, any plastic

Want to get your feet wet and really find out if disc golf is for you?

-Atom or Proxy, as above
-DX Teebird, around 170g - only driver you need, teaches you to keep the nose down
-DX Stingray, also around 170g - understable discs are fun
