Default Campground course

I have recenlt introduced dg to a co worker who is a long time member of this huge campground "resort" cabin's and such....he has asked me to come give a bunch of retirees a crash course in dg....and wants a 9-hole course set up for them...any suggestions on where to start? i have never layed out a dg course. It is mostly wide open and some holes will have to play across campground roads. Any suggestions on where to begin?

Not necessary but could be helpful even if you decide to do it yourself.

Older clientele that are also new to throwing discs means you probably shouldn't make it too long/difficult.
