I'm confused about my back foot and it's part. When exactly do I push the "gas pedal" throughout my throw? I'm trying to push off the toes area into the front instep right? Does this happen right before the weight shift? I think you mentioned you push off it around that time in kick the can 1. In swivel chair it looks like Will S. pushes the "gas pedal" at the same time his weight shifts.

Back heel goes up/forward to drive front heel down forward.
