Default Hammer drill question

I am on page 70 something on the discing down topic and great stuff so far. But my question is everyone talks about the hammer drill. I have found the videos from spyderpride but the links for the topic have gone 404 error where can i find the info on the drill so i can start doing it properly?

A follow up question, what the heck does the “fake grip” look like? The images are gone and I can’t discern it from the dimly lit videos.

Watching that video makes me realize why others might think us disc golfers are really weird.

FWIW this stuff helped me with FH to feel the hit a lot and how to have a loose wrist until you need to really firm up and add to the arcs. But in BH it caused me to think of a lot of stuff that just won't happen unless the rest of your body is lined up right. If your plant is bad, and you drift through the whole motion instead of being firmed up on the brace to swing from one axis, you can't really do this as it's meant to be done in a throw.

See if there are things that help you out, but don't kill yourself trying to understand all that stuff.
