You definitely have a Star Eagle X. I have actually all three. A Champ, Star and DX. The Champ and Star are straight beef. The DX flies probably like -1.5/2. It's a 175. I guess if you want more turn and fade, if that is what you are after then a lighter disc would give you that as it should glide more resulting in more airtime and more time to turn and fade. Maybe a 165-168.

Casey??? Is that you????

Can't be. A little too on topic.

Also, Dragons are terrible.

Yes. Dragons are the worst.

There are like 30 other discs that are better in this slot.

Stag
Eagle L
Exodus
Vandal
SPZ3
Crave

So many that could work so that would never even have to touch the hateful plastic that the dragon is.

Here's a slightly unorthodox suggestion: try throwing an atomic Huia from RPM discs.

I believe the manufacturer's numbers are 7 5 0 3 but I just received ten of them and they flip to flat on a slight hyzer thrown about 330ft with that reliable finish. Atomic beats in quickly and would get to your desired state in a round or two.

It would take me a year to get a champion Eagle to the state these fly after a week of use.

If you're not throwing 300ft+, a star or champion eagle isn't going to turn.

try a
Polaris LS
or
JLS

I’ve been putting in some work on form since the start of this thread, and the a Eagle-X is flipping up just a bit now. I’ve started adding a hop into the X-step, and on those throws I can flip up 15 degrees or so. I turned it completely over into a roller with a headwind today. Next calm day I want to measure some distances again. Lately I’ve been pin high on ~380’ holes (with low clearance and trees to miss).
