RIP Gold Hole 8...

Not really hard, just really long...

Hardest hole I ever played was at Worlds in Des Moines. Think it was at Walnut Ridge, long hole, about 550-600 feet, fairway was a slow gentle turn left and about as wide as a semi-truck for the entire length. Rough was rough enough that if you penetrated 5 feet in your only real option was a pitch back to fairway. Most players I was playing with were throwing drivers and they would finish off the fairway in trouble, repeat/rinse/repeat down the fairway. I throw my Roc for every throw (except the drop in putt) to stay in the fairway. Think I gained 2 or 3 shots on my card because of my safe play.

Well good for you.

That's a par 6? I played it as a 5.

On here it is a par 6, don't use UDisc, so don't know if it is different..

I don't use Udisc either. I didn't know there were par 6's. Even better then.

Mine says par 5. I might've changed it though.

Hole 8 now pulled along with holes 9 through 16. Play 1-7 plus 17 & 18 for 9-hole Gold round until sometime next year.
