Too staggered from stride direction/CoG and falling over instead of under. I don't think you would land on your front leg like that going down the stairs.

video 1/2 https://youtu.be/qZf8WSzRUtc
video 2/2 https://youtu.be/fYbpUPGh2jc

Took two videos today, in the 1/2 looks to me like the first two throws I'm not bracing behind the front leg enough I think you phrased this as falling off the bull? the last throw definitely felt different (better) same with the 2/2 video

been flowing the kinetic sequence thread, do you think should I be looking for the back leg to be shifting forward more than it is already? and I've been working on not pulling through until the heel touches should I try to wait more do you think? thanks so much!

Looking better. I think camera behind tee will show you different balance issue on right leg before left/xstep. You aren't forward balanced(nose over toes) on right leg and able to drive your hip forward like the pic w/ Eagle in post 4.

Makes sense, I'll take some video from behind tomorrow morning. Just messing around inside should it feel like your hips are leading and your almost falling and catching yourself?

Si. Right foot needs to be more underneath you for left foot to kick behind. Your left foot steps toward left in the way and tangles up your legs.

more like this? https://youtu.be/GMKrBNlTexQ
To clarify what your saying is the weight needs to be even more on the backside which allows the right foot to not have to go as far under to maintain balance? so for the first throw in the video first step looks good but instead of tipping left it should be more straight up and down.

If upper body leans to left, hip/butt must counter balance to the right / more butt wipe pressure / hip depth.
