I use a birdie bag for sweat and only competitive rounds... personally I keep an eye out for broom bushes, it's an invasive weed and if I pull one or two or just rub my throwing hand down it I can pick up a small amount of sap. You don't want to get "pitched" but a little is ok.

I have sortkwik in my bag but only need it on colder days when my hands feel dry and slick.

Here’s what I’ve been using:

In the summertime, I wear a wristband to prevent the sweat that rolls down my arm from getting to my hand. Really helps.
In the wintertime, I put away my Z and Proton plastic discs (I only throw Michigan manufactured discs) and throw ESP & Neutron only. The grip is much better in the colder weather.

Today my daughter said her glasses were slipping off her nose and asked my wife to put some more Nerd Wax on them. Tat’s a $10 chap stick tube of excellent finger grip.
