Default Eagle-L vs. Eagle-X

I only recently found out there were two molds of the Eagle. If you look at the bottom of a star Eagle, you'll see either S-EX (apparently Innova has a sense of humor) or just E. If you hold them side by side you'll see they have different rims.

They fly different too. The Eagle L (the one that just says "E") seems to be more like the other "L" discs, in that it seems to go longer and straighter in my experience. So, fans of the eagle, which one do you prefer?

In Champion plastic, I prefer the old L wing. For DX and Star, my choice is the X mold.

I forgot to mention my opinion in the OP. Both are great discs but I definitely prefer the L. It feels like a more reliable TL.

I cant really say that an Eagle X is "better" than an Eagle L, because i have never thrown an Eagle L, However, i love my Eagle X.
