There was a ratings boost put into the calculation roughly 10 years ago? I honestly don't remember the why, when or what, but it absolutely happened.

So you truly cannot compare ratings from then and now.

I would love to see what Climo would have been rated in 95 with the benefit of the current rating system.

Actually, you can. The ratings boost in 2005 mathematically offset the ratings loss when we went from the original calculation where we dropped your lowest 15% of your rounds to the current calculation where roughly 2% of your rounds are dropped.
