A couple posts up, Dylan said it has a max weight of 175. Smaller diameter.

I don't remember seeing anyone say it was a vtech disc?

No, but there was a question about it being a Lion bottom, I asked if the Lion was V-Tech and someone said it (the Lion) was, and so misunderstandings started. Add to it that we had to get V-Tech clearly defined. And then the photo was posted, removing all doubt that it's not V-Tech, and now the speculation is about how overstable the Ruin is, and what pieces it is made of.

TL;DR: The Ruin is not a V-Tech disc.

Very interesting. Looks like it is in S-blend, any plans to run different materials?

I have to say, if this is the closest to a successful Zone clone that Innova has produced, I'll probably have to check one out.

But...the Ruin is a pretty bad name for a mold. I get that it fits with the ancient Egypt theme. But still, the Ruin?? Sets up way too easy for the, "I totally Ruined that round" type of comments.

Well, it beats the heck out of "Roach", as far as names go...

Infinite is listing it at 3/3/0/3. Sounds awesome to me!

Here's a video showing the rim profile and some throws by am/pro players.

Any update on a release date?

Lion is the DX top with the dome to it and V-ROC bottom just juging by how the disc looks. The ROCX 3 is a flat top disc but the way a Lion is shown in pictures is it is a DX dome ROC top or very low dome Shark top the way the old Champion Shark turned out.

So then a Small Diameter Lion? Cool players that do not like 180 gram max discs would love the Ruin.

Nothing like a lion. Look at the video. It’s beadless and has a huge shoulder like the Croc. Nothing like a Lion.
