I threw 100 putts a day for a month last Spring, I was deadly all summer.... Now it's winter, I haven't putt in the effort for awhile but I can tell you I'm still reaping some rewards from that solid month. Diminishing rewards... but I still have reasonable confidence and results. Not as good as if I kept up with it but better than last year at this time.
I also didn't stop when I was tired or missing, I just stepped in. Putting is now a fairly set habit whether I'm on it or not my body knows what to do. Feet like this, Shift body like that, grip here, forwards, backwards, throw it in... it's less thinking and more muscle memory now. Sponsored Links

My putting has been getting better and better. I am mostly putting from 15-25 in the basement, but I make mandos, obstacles, change my stance and it has helped all of my putting including running longer putts with more confidence.

I have a routine for my putt that will work better then before this year. Before I had a set routine but my back leg pushing off the ground was iffy from where I start at 10 feet to ~17-18 feet, I was trying to get more and more from the ground every foot back. Now thanks to this year I have a set that works from ~10-12 feet to ~17-18 feet for all putts with regards to the back leg pushing off the ground. Only after that do I have the back leg pushing off the ground get more and more off the ground with back leg. I do have a point it is at max and I need to start putting with the mild OS approach disc. I added the back leg push in 2017 but would not use it in 2017 until 20 feet out but now I use back leg push to fight in slightly windy situations as I found in 2017 that my putt under 20 feet was not good in winds 10 mph or more. so I was trying in 2018 the back leg push to get more speed if needed for short putts but made it too complicated for that distance from 10 feet away from basket on back to ~17-18 feet so complicated I had to always think about how much micro more I had to do the back leg push at that distance when it occurred that the 17-18 feet style worked for shorter putts. I found this out by accident doing the back leg push harder then normal more at the 17-18 feet distance for a 12-13 foot putt and it went in.

I'm finding just a few putts a day, sometimes several small sessions a day, but the key thing is...few or many.. putting everyday. Is working well.

Agreed. If you want to throw a disc right on, you need to throw it more-on.

Last winter, I did 9 weeks of our local indoor putting league and I was throwing around ~150 putts every Sunday, plus some practice in my garage throughout the week. My putting was spot on come spring time. After a few months of just playing 1-2 rounds a week, my putting definitely dropped off. It definitely showed me that getting into a regular routine of putting makes a big difference in your performance on the course.
