Default wrong teee penalty(?) in doubles/best shot

Best shot, 2 man team situation...

both players on team A tee off

one player on team B tees off

but the wrong tee was used

team A takes a one stroke penalty and both tee off again from the correct tee

team B player 2 tees off from the correct tee with player 1 not re-teeing with no team penalty

was this handled right???

All were playing for money against 2 other teams.

Sounds right other than it's a 1-throw versus 1-stroke penalty.

Sounds like it was handled correctly to me.
