Eureka!! Got it back to normal. Thought I would try taking a disc with slightly bigger diameter (Sentinel) and fill that with cold water. Then, I put the warped Roc on top of that and pressed down creating a suction that held the plate down (or up? Basically back to regular shape). Then I poured almost boiling water in the Roc. Let it cool, and bam! Like new again.

Not really. I mean it will be different but ive smashed many baseline discs and just picked them up, give a little bend back and fourth.. G2G. Once the plastic starts to chip away and actually deform for good is when you need a new baby.
