Millennium QMS flies like a fast putter or slow mid. Really straight, no bead

I've looked around but can't seem to find anything like this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Buzz OS? it is beadles.

Shark 3 as well, though it flies more in a straight line and is only in Champion.

No, they were more neutral like a Comet. I was gonna mention the Qms but it might be too Buzzz-like or understable also. A Pine or Compass might be worth a look though. I can't remember if the Shockwave had a bead but it might be a contender. The Pain actually fits the bill well but I don't know how long they'll keep making them. I just got a Runway but it's impressing me so far. It's flat though, more like a beefed up Buzzz. It's taller feeling than a Buzzz though so it doesn't really feel like a faster midrange. It's a bit more overstable than a typical Rancho though, maybe slightly more OS than a KC Pro.

How overstable is the runway? Is it in the overstable workhorse stability range, or utility overstable? Also how's the glide?

If by "stable" you're meaning overstable, then the Coyote or Anubis might not be what you want. I don't consider the Roc/Roc3 to be "all that" overstable, either, as they're fairly straight with some finishing fade, in my experience.

So if you're looking for overstable, maybe the Pine (if it's beadless) or the Rat would be ideas to look at.

From very small sample size the Shark3 for me flew like a straight-stable Roc3, and the MD3 was similar as well. Not sure if those are slow enough for you, as I don't quite think they are in the Buzzz and definitely not Truth category. The Compass is another option, although I have never thrown a super beat one to know how much they turn. But from the handful of Compasses I have thrown this could be a good option.
