Default Average distance on your overhand shots

I was thinking about my overhand throw the other day, I throw thumbers exclusively, so I went on youtube and did a search to see what would come up. Discraft had a video with a pro showing how to properly shoot an overhand shot. In the video he mentions that with a good roll he gets it around 400'. Well I think this guy must me bat s**t crazy, unless a good roll meant 100'. But I leave it up to everyone to prove me wrong. How far, on average, can you get your overhand throw out there? And do you have any methods that helped you throw farther.

I can throw 275' with about a 25' roll/bounce on average.

Well yeah I guess with an unbelievable roll its possible, but this guy was claiming this was closer to his average throw. Think about it, if he is being honest he can throw a disc overhand further than most people can throw a baseball overhand

there's a guy in syracuse that can throw 500+ backhand and he gets thumbers 400'..it is not impossible just hard to fathom for weenie arms like me...i can throw a thumber almost as far as a baseball and i used to pitch..baseball is less aerodynamic

I can thumb an avenger maybe 300ish if I really put it all together but on average 250-275. I think I might go pick up an epic just to see what I can do with it.

i reccomend(sp?) checking out a video(sorry no link here) about the epic and how to get the most from it...from what i have seen and heard, it is useful only for trouble shots or huge overhands...it seems to flip over and fly flat eventually...crazy stuff

I might be able to get 215 on a good one but they hurt my arm so I normally only use it in the woods when in trouble when you don't really need much distance with it.
