Default offhand weight assist?

i just tried having 2 kg in my offhand doing my bh form. being compact and driving my shoulder into the brace. well turns out im not carrying any moment at all with my off arm. instead i tried how gurtie does it with having the arm up and pushing in down. what a great effect and my body rotated by itself?!

is it illegal to have something in your offhand when throwing? anyway im going to implement this new off arm swing!

Rules state you aren't supposed to use "aids", however holding towels and discs and beverages have never been called into question.

You want your weight to get in tight into your center like figure skater to increase rotational speed, and swim/leverage the swing forward.
