It’s an all things being equal situation. It’s generally pretty useful when comparing disc models in the same plastic made around the same time. Without fail all of my lighter discs are more understabke than their heavier counterparts, all things being relatively equal. I can feel the weight difference in the hand as well.

Did anyone else notice Dave looking to his left so much when he said certain things? Seems like he might have had a bit of a short leash on him and he was checking to make sure he didn't overstep any boundaries?? Or I might be reading too much into it and he could have just been having fun with someone off camera.

As long as he doesn’t say anything bad about their discs in and keeps a fairly positive outlook I doubt they would muzzle them much.

Only thing might have been when he almost said kastaplast sales numbers. Infinite have always shared some data but don’t ever say firm dollars.

I can feel a difference between 165 and 175. Has to be the same disc, not two completely different discs. 170 to 175 would be too close to be 100% certain.

I grabbed up a 167g and 175g Teebird and a 172g and a 180g Roc. I can't feel a difference just holding the disc, but if I can do the fanning thing, the lighter disc moves a bit freely.

I grabbed a 161g and a 175g Wraith and I can tell a different just holding it.

I note that as I have played longer and longer I have started missing the domey drivers too. Seems like everything these days comes out flat. Used to be I would seek the flatter stuff, and still do to extent if I'm looking for clues for something less stable in certain molds. Just give me a consistently available pop topped tern or thrasher and I'd be happy.

Yeah, understable discs in particular need that dome to fly right. I stocked up on a run of Biofuzion Trespasses to cover my flippier end of the spectrum, and was bummed that that particular run came out pretty flat. They all turned into backups and water discs, and my beat Lucid Trespass is now cherished like gold since I can't find an exact replacement for it.
