He doesn't sound at all European to me but his speech impediment will likely make it harder to place his accent.

Yeah the first time I heard him speak I thought he sounded German or something but quickly realized it was a speech impediment.

Aberdeen South Dakota, where the crappy newer in town course is better to play then the nearby Lake Richmond State park course due to piss poor maintenance of the State Park course. He has a speech impediment, listen close.
