Wasn't there some shady dealings a few years back where WS used an Innova disc with a Prodigy stamp to beat McBeast in a playoff?

I think at that time Prodigy players could use mixed bags and WS beat McBeth with a Prodigy stamped glow Firebird and all of the credit went to Prodigy Discs lol. So maybe a smidge shady.

Ricky winning Texas States a year or so later with wiped/prodigy stamped KC Aviars well after the deadline to no longer used a mixed bag was really shady.

I was there. The best part was Mcbeths second place speech where he intentionally said "WS just put his FIREBIRD closer than mine"

I like a nicely made bag, but I can put just about anything in it and play about the same as my normal loadout. A poorly made/designed bag can cause me fatigue which would affect my scores more.

Maybe I'm just ambivalent because I picked up playing ice hockey, and my son plays as well - goalie and skater. Disc golf costs are pretty tame in comparison.

God, you get giddy at even the prospect of getting to argue nonsensically. Stick to designing pipes, throwing mediocre forehands, and brown liquor.

Yeah, this violates Levi's IP. Prodigy are a$$hats.

Nearly everything "new" is just a ripoff of someone's prior idea, not just with bags...with everything. The only thing which matters is how well you can legally protect it. Moral arguments become moot. None of these folks invented the concept of zippers they're using, or the idea to put shoulder straps on a bag, etc.
