Default Speed Stick -- Speed Disc?

The Speed Stick looks like an promising device for golfers to improve their form and distance. I'm wondering if something like this could be developed for disc golf?

Possibly mounting a miniature version of something like this on the top of a customized "disc".

Crazy idea or doable?

Yes, along the lines of the water bottle drill! I haven't tried that one yet, but maybe I should mount one on a disc and sell it for $99.99 with free shipping!

But it's got to have that loud crack, so it needs something else inside as well.

Hmm maybe a skinny longer water bottle like those weird smarty pants waters they sell and some rocks in there?!

I can see doing something like ball bearings on the inside of the rim or weighted lead blocks around which hammer together. Not sure how helpful it would be vs some resistance type training.

That speed stick video shows how it can be useful for immediate feedback. If your swing timing is off, you know it right away and can adjust accordingly so you get the snap sound at just the right time. I like the concept anyway.

ZJ's pipe and cap fling. I like swinging a Flexbar and also using it as intended.

What is zj's pipe and cap fling?

And what color flexbar do you use?

Do you actually throw the flexbar or just swing it?

I got a Flexbar last week to do preventative maintenance for the elbows. Interested to hear how you swing it.
