Default A little help from my friends in Austin Texas

Every year my friends and I take a road trip. Next October I will be heading to Austin Texas. I know Austin is supposed to be the cream of the crop when it comes to Disc Golf I have already done some homework and I'm pretty sure I know which courses I'll be hitting up but I'm still interested in any recommendations.

Also listening for any good courses that would be along the way from Ohio to Texas

If you're stopping in DFW, a quick round at Lake Lewisville would be fun. It's right off of Interstate 35E north of Dallas. It doesn't take too long to play the course and it's a lot of fun. Promise.

I understand that Tulsa has a lot of great courses too, but I haven't been there... yet.

If you're coming through DFW via Interstate 30, Harry Myers in Rockwall is a fun, John Houck designed course. It's just off of the interstate before you get into DFW. You'd be glad you played it instead of driving by.

I live in Tulsa we have about 15 courses within a 20 mile radius. If you are coming in October, Blackhawk is the course to play in the Tulsa area followed a close second by Hunter Park.

That's 10 months from now---speaking of promotion.

My trip to Austin a few years ago included Circle C and East Metro, although on opposite sides of town both very good, 4 stars each. I was not disappointed.

Roy G. Is a must, sweet and board flat like your first girlfriend. Bartholomew is a weird old goat that's about at the end of his line, some memorial holes, bag it while you can. Skip zilker, useless.
