Thinking back on the video, i think they filmed the "wooded throws" first.

I think seeing the comet flip on the woodesthrow reminded him to be smooth on the open throw

Do you guys think he is going to putt and drive with these or are these just his putting putters? Paul had different molds to putt and drive with and I am just wondering if that is going to be the case with discraft too.

I imagine DGC will sell them for around $15. The plastic felt great but it's still mid-grade. Y'all have at it, part of the appeal of the Roach for me is it's not as deep as Aviar/P2 type putters.

But yeah, the plastic felt great.

Plastic is probably a game changer. Think grippy McPro - very firm and very grippy. It's sweet.

I'm gonna stick with my Roaches for now. This shop is a bit pricey in general.....$18.99 plus tax. Probably cheaper online.

There ya go, ponder.😁
Sweet, thanks dude. Don't like the sounds of it being deeper but I'll probably try it out anyway. Plastic blend sounds nice.

I hope whatever that plastic blend is gets migrated to other molds aswell! Discrafts premium plastics are pretty dialed in, but they need more low/mid grade plastic choices other than “X” (for putters and mids).

Agreed. I'm looking forward to trying the new McBeth putter in the new plastic. From what I'm reading here, I'm thinking I'm going to be wanting an APX, Focus, and Challenger in this good new plastic, as well...

Guy at the shop I visited wasn't sure if the new plastic was going to be available on anything outside of McBeth sig discs. I'd sure like to see it for the Roach, I guess we'll find out at some point.

doubt it. outside of ebay, online retailers are sitting at $18-$20. i don't think DGC will dip that far below this.

be nice and support your local disc shop.
