What kind of dishes did they have for Wisconsin? Brats, fried fish, and cheese are the only foods I can think of as being Wisconsin specialties. Kringle and frozen custard for desserts.

brats, pierogies, fried fish are the ones that come to mind through the years of fog. i generally ate the tex-mex and drank the ****ty beer which is a hallmark of both states.
