I did the same thing. Had a closet full of random discs for just about every brand. Ended up dumping most of them at the local shop and bought a ton of back ups in stuff I throw a lot.

I think $40 for a fresh CE Valkyrie is the most I've spent, ended up selling it for $80 after I realized I didn't want to throw it, and I didn't want to collect.

I havent spent more than 20 on a new, non collectable disc. I spent 40 on a 11x kc pro teebird once to see what the hype was with them. I regretted that soon after because the plastic was too grippy for my taste. Most of my collectors have come from trades over the years.

That's what I'm talking about. I'd enjoy hearing more of the backstory to this. As in sure would others, hint hint.

(And none more from the $20 dollar max folk )

I'm guessing one of the clear CE Teebirds.

It took a while to find this disc in my archives, but here's a photo of an unpigmented bald Eagle from Innova's first batch of discs back in 1983. You can read more about it and buy it here for $5,500: https://discgolfvalues.com/store/ind...productId=1426

Gotta give props for the 3 year necro-bump. Were you waiting for February 18th to roll around?

I wasn't really waiting. It was misplaced amongst my 200+ boxes of discs and I just came across it. But I still remembered I hadn't posted a photo of it. You can see some of my discs here, the most complete collection of PDGA-approved discs available: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...8Oz-Wor3l1ZWlg

$45 for an 11x eagle-L. Worth every penny, it is perfectly worked in, perfect hyzerflip fairway.

Oddly I paid less for a CE Eagle L that I also love. Also totally worth it.
