Default Ajo do I have a putter problem

I was just looking for some feedback on my bag. All are max unless stated otherwise

Putting putters: dline p2 & xline p1x

Driving putters: dline p2, s line p2, d line P3x, d line P3x

Mids: flippy esp buzzz, 170g buzzz, sparkle buzzz, Buzzz OS

6-9 speed: K1 kaxe, k3 kaxe, s line fd, c line fd, glow cd2, Vicic cd2

10-12 speed: cline pd, sline pd, flippy wraith, glow wraith (straight) star wraith, s line ddx

Sometimes a harp and nybo tbird make their way in the bag

Sometimes a c line p2 for putting in wind
Sometimes I throw more d line p2s because I try to carry 10, 15, 20, or 25 discs so I can keep count easier

Do you have a putter problem? I don't about problem, but I find it hard to believe there isn't a ton of overlap with 4 driving putters.

You probably could simplify it all and just throw P2s

That’s what I used to do. But I picked up a P3x hoping it would be super overstable and it’s actually dead straight in d line. It has very little glide As apposed to p2s

C line probably isn’t going to stick but the d line hits really nice low ceiling shots for me. And has a way shallower rim so I can flick it much better

All of that driving putter business can definitely be boiled down to the P2. A sky God and an S line will do all the work you need done.

True but my forehand game is super weak to start with and the p2 is too deep for me

C line P3x is just being tested but d line is most likely sticking around because I can’t flick my p2 very well

Then one P2 and one P3x. No need for 4 driving putters way too much overlap.

I completely disagree but I throw more drives with putters than mids. I am backhand dominant. Though unlike most disc golfers I’ve met, I sidearm putters, mids and drivers.

(Sky God) C-Line P2 - Overstable backhands
S-Line P2 - Straight backhands
(Beat up) D-Line P2 - Understable backhands
R-Pro Pig - Forehand approach shots

Where is the overlap? I can’t consistently flick a P2 for distance. So I need a forehand specific putter. I’m not trying to look for a war of words. I’m just saying it is possible to carry 4 driving putters with no overlap...James Conrad and David Wiggins Jr both are known for carrying 4+ driving putters.

To the OP. Do what works best for you. There’s some top pros (Sexton, Simon, Barsby) who don’t bag a lot of midranges. That didn’t stop McBeast from bagging 7 or 8 mids. Build your bag around your game and personal playing style. If you find it necessary to bag 4 driving putters, do it. Even if you only do it for “mental reasons”. Feeling confident in your discs/your bag setup can help out a lot on the course.
