Is it better to get a Champion Valkyrie or a wahoo if I want overstable with high glide (Drivers) ? Can someone tell me the plastic stability for Innova?

If you want a disc you will like, don’t get a Wahoo in any plastic. They are hard to control and the plastic is so soft it changes on every tree hit.

The Valkyrie isn’t a very overstable disc, but generally the stability will go DX, Pro, G*, Star, Champion.

To give you a truly good recommendation it would be best to know, what you are throwing now and how far. Some background on how long you have been playing and if you are throwing forehand or backhand primarily.

I’ve been playing for 5 months. I mainly use forehand and sometimes use backhand. Right now I use a Firebird and a roadrunner for drivers, a wombat3 for Mid-Range and a Roach for a putter. I throw my forehands about 275 ft and my backhand about 235 ft.

How do the Roadrunner and Firebird fly for you and and what plastics are they?

The Firebird is very overstable and the roadrunner is true to its flight. The roadrunner is a GStar and Firebird is Champion plastic.

Whatever you do, don't waste your money on a Wahoo.

NewDiscGolfer,

Learn to use the search function instead of just making new threads. You can go to the gray/green bar at the top and hit the search down arrow, click on advanced search and switch your options to "Search Titles Only." This site has a wealth of knowledge and topics like what you are making threads for have been covered a lot.
