I don't really know how Millenium is doing. I would think upping their marketing game wouldn't hurt them but I kinda wonder if they want to stay a smaller manufacturer. It would seem that it would become more difficult to keep up with run numbers as a bigger manufacturer. I also really don't think they need to discontinue or add many mold. I do wish a few molds were offered in more plastics in regular production (mostly Quantum/Recon Tank, Omega BB and Omega3, Hyzerbomb molds in a pro type plastic and the new Taurus in the Millenium standard).

Anyway they are one of my favorites. Every mold I have tried from them has been very good to excellent. Plus the space thing is awesome.

I got some Quantum Exp-x's in the mail today, so I visited the local ball field this afternoon to test them out.

Conditions: 300 ft elevation, temp 78 degrees F, tailwind about 15 mph

Also, brought some other discs to compare with the Exp-x's. Here's the list of discs I threw.
4 - Quantum Exp-x all 175g
2 - Star Eagles 175g
2 - Champion Eagles 175g
2 - Champion Banshees 175 & 168g
2 - Dx Banshees 168 &170g
2 - Brinster Champion Teebirds 175g
2 - RDG Armor(I think?) Tyrants 173g

All of the above discs are new, never been thrown.

I didn't have a ton of energy to go throw these over and over again, but threw each twice.

It was a small sample size, but here are my results:
The Dx Banshees are the longest and straightest of all these. Even with a tailwind, I was getting some turn out of them.
The Tyrants were next straightest and longest. I got some turn out of one of them.
The Brinster Teebirds were in the middle stability-wise. To me, they fly like a lot of the max weight Champion Teebirds that are common now.
Then the Star Eagles.
Then the Champion Eagles. The Eagles are not much more overstable than the Brinsters.
The Champion Banshees and Exp-x's were the most overstable, with least distance. They were close in stability, both always having a relatively heavy fade to the left on my rhbh throws.
One of the Exp-x's, a pink one, behaved somewhat differently than all the rest. Instead of fading left fairly hard, it would tip left and head for the ground sooner than any of the other discs thrown.

Cheers to anyone who finds this helpful.

So, how flat did these come out? B/c I'm sick of domey Banshees.
