Or riddle me this; would you say most/any disc golf designers have equivalent skills as ball golf designers when it comes to moving earth and engineering a course?
I doubt it.

On the other hand, I don't think the level of skill needed to move earth for a disc golf course is as great as for a ball golf course. Ball golf is played on the ground, where every quarter-inch change in elevation on a green, and every slight change in angle on a fairway can make a noticeable difference.

It's probably true to say that most experienced disc golf course designers are better when it comes to placing obstacles in the air.

My first thought.

Edit: Unless the land involved is absolutely ridiculous.

Same video as before (post #11) - can't say it gets me very excited about the course, I don't really see any standout features that would make me say "this is the best in North America"

Hey its open! I need to plan a trip back to see my buddies new kid.

If anyone goes to play there's:

Springbank Cheese 14th st and 20ave NW 7yr old white cheddar mmmm mmm.

Jimmy Donair I think it's AA convenience 20Ave and about 12st nW. Best gyro in Canada or schwarma.

Bookers Cajun BBQ bar memorial drive downtown Cajun food and live music on weekend, killer pulled pork, a countdown clock to Mardi Gras, and a swordfish over the bar with all the lost bras hanging off it...

Boogies Burgers 908 Edmonton trail since the 60's..

Those were my favourite hole in the wall places before they got trendy and showed up on Diners Drive ins and Dives and You gotta eat here!
