Default Destroyer vs Halo?

Forehand, Flex shots, Straight to fade, and skip shots. Either one of these a better fit for these shots?

I would say Opto Halo. I personally think the Halo is more stable.

I know that destroyers vary, but I know I have thrown about 8 halos and they were all pretty different. Destroyers rule

A beat destroyer is the longest and most reliable disc in my bag. Destroyers all the way.

Destroyer>Halo for your purposes. Plus they are more comfortable in the hand, to me at least.

Halo has more glide, and a "plus-style" rim. Flat ones are awesome, domey ones can be not as great. You'll never order a Halo online though, and receive a "destrulcan" in the mail, so it has that going for it. Personally, I love mine, and I have a Gateway slayer too, which would be something for the OP to consider in the mix.

I disagree with halos having more glide and also disagree with anyone that thinks that disc is worth a crap, glideless, crappy feeling shallow and plus rim, ugh, one of the worst drivers ive thrown imo

The halo I have is pretty understable. that being said, my friend has one that is like a firechicken. I love latitude plastic, but if I can find a real 170~175 star destroyer, sign me up. The halo I have is a faster flow with less glide.

The other thing about the Halo is that the plastic doesn't really beat into any less stability, especially the Opto line. But yeah, the good ones are great, the others aren't. Unless you are trying to collect Lat64, the Destroyer is probably your best bet. I do think the Slayer is worth considering though. It's very much like a Star Destroyer, but is something different than everyone else is throwing.
