Could someone give me a rundown of the MVP/Axiom putter lineup. Outside of the Envy I don't know anything about them and I'm curious. They have a ton of putter molds and its a bit overwhelming.

You have to feel them to understand the differences in the 2 groups below.

OS to US

Standard inner wall angle.

Envy>Particle>Atom>Proxy

Curved inner wall.
Ion>Anode>Spin

Some will argue that the Particle is more OS than the Envy. I find that the Particle has some high speed turn, where the Envy has almost none.

I Agree with this dude. With that said, The Atom is the best disc of all time. But also that Axiom needs a traditional 2 speed putter that can be an option for main putters. I feel MVP putters are almost too fast sometimes for putts ---would like to see another Axiom or Streamline putter-----ps: Streamline Pilot is a straight thin putter that's similar to the atom.

.but the atom is still better

Wasn't the Particle going to be the MVP Zone?

Sounds like besides the release, I bet I missed a lot of hair pulling/teeth gnashing over this?

Particle isn't close to Zone OS, it's just a touch more stable than the Envy. MikeC apparently likes the Particle but I doubt many people dumped the Envy for them. I know I didn't.

Particle and envy are really close. I like the particle better just because of how it feels in my hand. I used the tensor like a over stable putter shat as well.

Envies, all day e'r day.

I currently bag three.
-A premium plastic (neutron, neutron soft, or eclipse depending on weather/course/current mood) as my primary throwing putter
-A beat electron envy for understable approaches, circle 2 putts, and other understable things
-A fresh electron envy for putting in the circle

If you're someone who likes to throw flippy putter shots a lot, then I could see wanting to bag a Proxy in premium plastic rather than a beat base plastic Envy. But I typically prefer to either throw a stable putter, a flippy mid, or a flick shot rather than going the flippy putter route, so my electron Envy doesn't get beat up too fast for my tastes.

I wouldn't really consider the Proxy flippy. I have a couple neutron and a plasma and they are pretty darn straight. I honestly don't see much separation between Proxy, Atom, Envy, Particle and can only justify bagging one of them. Envy/Particle do seem hold up a little better in wind for me so I pick the Envy. Zone handles OS stuff and a beat Roach for US stuff. Electron Atom or Envy could also cover US stuff with some wear.
