Default International Disc Golfing

I would like to know what kind of international disc golfing you guys have done in the past. What have your experiences been like there?

I have a school trip planned and a few of the places that are options have courses at least kind of close, if not in city limits. Places that are options right now are all European (Prague, Paris, and Amsterdam), but any country counts. Except Canada.

I played in Belize which was cool. I took a bunch of pics and wrote a review if interested. I tried to play the course in Thailand but the closed it 3 weeks before I got there.

Roel Langerak Park - Rotterdam, Netherlands. AWESOME! It was cold, rainy and windy. Lost 2, maybe 3 discs in the lake. Angie and I had a great time. I think I posted a couple pics on here. Visiting a Coffee Shop before and after was a plus. A Trip to Amsterdam with a side trip to Rotterdam should be required for every hippy.

I haven't made a disc trip to Europe; but did make two trips to Amsterdam in the service; with one side trip to Rotterdam. Rotterdam has some of the most amazing flower nurseries you will ever see. Cool flowers as far as the eye can look. Amsterdam is a very unique and fun city; lots of canals and everyone driving around on bicycles. Countryside there is wonderful.

Default heading over there soon...

Just booked the flight. Leaving in a few weeks for Amsterdam. Can't wait to play a course or 2 in another country!

Since I have been playing disc golf the only place out of the county I have been was The Bahamas and there was nothing on the island, though I didn't really look (I was 18 and you can drink when 18 in the Bahamas, you do the math ). I was originally going to be in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji this summer but that has been pushed back to next year but I am looking forward to finding some courses while over there.

Default Deutschland

my vote for germany!
the dg scene is growing very fast, i live in hannover, lower saxony and in a range of 75 miles you can reach about 15-18 courses.

avery jenkins is going to visit us again: Deep in the Game

so, may not be so bad here ;-)

I played in Arkansas. That's like a foreign country.
