Viking Discs has now had 8 discs approved and announced by the PDGA. They should be hitting the market in the next month or so.

Id like to try the ragnarok because of the name and the beserker based on flight numbers.

Beserker sounds like a good compliment to a thunderbird. Hopefully the plastic is dope.

Ok, thanks for info. What companies do we have left? Latitude and of course YIKUN! Well, good luck to boys anyway.

For the most part, it looks like a well-planned lineup of discs and plastics options.

I did, however, send a contact request to better understand their design methodology, and to learn why 5 of the 7 discs are rated as Turn 0 --including the Cosmos which is listed as "designed to be Understable for beginners."

I'll follow-up here if I get an answer.

Overall I wish them the best! I love competition in the industry -- it pushes everyone to be better.

Lineup looks okay to start, I was hoping for a disc called Thor to be super OS though.

The discs sound sweet, would love to try a handful of them already... Rune and Berserker sounds like discs I need.

Bart, the Finns are notorious for unique flight ratings. Have you seen Westside's ratings?

As a follow-up, I spoke with the Viking team, and they said "Viking Discs is created to tame the rough, cold, woody, wet and dark conditions in Finland"

Pretty cool to have the thought/ability to develop a set specifically for the terrain in your home country!
