Since so many of my throws used to end up in the rough, I've had to develop my forehand by necessity rather than desire!

For the first few months or so, I was nervous about even attempting the forehand flick because I thought, If my backhand throws go so far off target, then I can barely imagine what my forehand throws will do! But, there was no way out of certain spots with just another backhand, so I endured the humiliation and now have a halfway decent forehand throw that I use about a third of the time all because of my tendency to throw into thorn bushes off the drive!

I'm sure lots of folks out there share my kind of story.
