I've been hearing that they'd re-design away those 3 holes on the Jackson course for years. I understand why, but I'll miss them---with my arm, they provided a nice break in the middle of the course. (I know, I know, I'm more than 100 points away from the target skill level).

Also, WR Jackson is getting upgraded for Worlds. Going to play 7-8 strokes tougher is what I was told. That little triangle of 11-13 is gone!
Sounds like the Trump School of Gaslighting to me...if the pond don't have no water is it really Langley POND ?

I really liked Langley Pond. None of the holes were jaw-dropping beautiful but I thought the design was really well executed. Demands good execution of a variety of shots and used what elevation they had. 16 was the only hole I really didn't like, very uphill teeshot shot off of tee to completely blind landing zone and then a pitch to basket. And those type of turf teepads really are the best type I've used; never worried about footing and they were very large. And directional and teesigns were as effective as any I've seen.
