Duck Golf this weekend. I was in MA1 but I sure played like a middling MA2.
Day 1 shot 899, 970, not bad. Fell apart day 2, 866, 879. I kinda checked out halfway through round 1 today so I at least tried some fun shots, ran things I shouldn't have, that sort of thing. At least it averages ~904 but my rating is gonna take a hit.
In the bag notes:
I actually struggled throwing the Stego this weekend. My trick shot disc I can normally curve out of impossible situations I had basically only bad throws with.

400G D1 is getting broken in and I think it's the longest disc in my bag right now.

I threw my Comet on all sorts of crazy holes when I wanted a disc I could trust not to fade, I can stretch it up to ~340 slightly downhill on a good turnover, such a good option.

I still love the Trident but man sometimes I get a hold of it and it's just a little too straight and goes soooo far. That's more an issue with my inconsistent FH.

My putting has fallen off, need to get back to practicing at least 50 if not 100 every day.

last two PDGA updates have been -2 so I went from a career high 931 to now a 927 to end the season.
Still not a bad year! Played 24 rated rounds, including 5 970 rated round and one 990 rated. I hit the ground running and threw together what I would consider a pretty good year.
Hoping I can continue that into next year and actually play well at Duck Golf for one year. I need to keep up my conscious effort to get a little stronger and keep weight on. Duck golf at the end of the year I got worn out in the cold and pulled something in my neck/right shoulder. I also would make a lot of progress not necessarily by raising my ceiling, but working on raising my floor. Sadly I'm getting back into full time work so I'm not sure I'll be able to play as many practice rounds next year.
Highlight tournament of the year in terms of fun was WVO, I highly recommend it.
Highlight round was the 990 at Whispering Falls shorts.
Highlight overall tournament would be back to back 970's to start the year at Loriella.

Bag stayed pretty consistent this year, which I think was a huge help. There is knowing how to play disc golf and then there is another level where you have a complete understanding of how certain discs in your bag will fly.

Still hanging onto that pop top DD in hopes of beating it straight?

Not knowing how skinny a fella you are, I'll just say that carrying extra weight around ain't necessarily the best way to increase your endurance as you get older.

I beat it but it still don't act right.
I actually have two additional DD's I wont use (less stable S-DD and just as stable C line) if you're interested in a DD package haha.

I'm like RAIL thin. Obviously putting on weight needs to be muscle, but I'm like 6'3" 153lbs

I would also suggest more beer.
