Question Misprint Disc?

I recently received a disc that had odd labeling on it. It has a small shield and large circle on it, but it was also printed over, with the exact same design, only upside down and with a different color. Then, to make it even weirder, both labels say the disc has a 0 speed rating. Can anyone explain?

Suspicion confirmed. That's a misprint.

I like the 0 speed rating. Pretty interesting.

I could use a Speed Zero Disc for indoor use. Better than using a towel when I practice driving form

Discmania's flight numbers for the TD are not 10,5,-2,1. Clearly someone messed up when they made the c-line stamp.

They dropped a 1, and a "-" sign from the 2. Then again, a disc with +2 turn and less fade would be totally bizzare.
