It looks pretty good, the flow looks good to me.

I see #9 appears to be through some woods, maybe following a cart path. You might be able to get more wooded holes, lengthen #11 into the woods, then move #12 to the left side and in the woods, then lengthen #13 to cut down on that transition.

Also, it looks like #1 tee is right in #18's fairway. I'd probably move that tee over to eliminate that conflict.

Well the idea got dropped by the neighborhood board. The reason was that they have previously stated the old golf course is to be used for walking/running and biking only. So they didnt want to open the idea up to allow anything else. Oh well, I am in talks with a golf course in the area to do the same.
