Default TL appreciation thread

Hey all,

This is my appreciation thread on the TL. What can I say. This disc has bailed me out of so much trouble. Best woods disc hands down in my opinion. First time i ever threw one was when i found a cream colored star with no name on it. I was hooked after the first throw. Very controllable and reliable. My goto woods driver is the star TL.

Who else here has some good things to say about the TL?

I just recently picked up a 175 star TL, and i feel that it overlaps with my 175 champ leopard. But saying that, I like throwing it

I kinda felt that way after getting an echo star leopard. My TL is a little older and it takes a beating well.

It has less fade. Some people like this.

The TL is the most controllable driver in my opinion. It gets overshadowed by it's big brother, the Teebird, a lot. I have a few Champ TLs, there will always be one in my bag! Like you said, best woods driver.

A perfectly seasoned TL is easily the most irreplaceable disc in my bag. I have one that I can put on 400' on a dead straight line. Now, how accurate I am is a completely different conversation...

Regardless, TL's are such a sweet disc. I actually wish they had a bit less fade out of the box, but they're well worth the trouble.

Love the TL. But innova really needs to start production on champ TL's.

They do have a good hook to em' brand new, but these things are money once they hit that sweet spot.
